The 137th Spring Canton Fair was held from April 15 to April 19. Technological Breakthrough: Tabless and Semi-Solid-State Batteries Set a New Industry Standard

Relying on its strong foundation in materials science and process innovation, Highstar launched two core products and consolidated its market competitiveness with large-scale production and global delivery capabilities.

Tabless battery: Breaking through the bottlenecks of traditional tab design, the Tabless structure significantly reduces internal resistance, achieving higher energy density and ultra-fast charging performance. The Tabless production line at Highstar's Malaysia plant is about to enter mass production. With an initial planned annual capacity of 2.5GWh, the production line covers five mainstream Tabless models. The plant, leveraging its localized supply chain and efficient logistics network, can quickly respond to overseas market demands, providing a "technology + delivery" dual guarantee for high-end power tools, smart energy storage systems, and special vehicle fields.

Semi-solid-state battery: Using innovative solid-state electrolyte technology, compared to traditional liquid batteries, it greatly reduces the risk of thermal runaway. Even under high-energy-density conditions, it can pass extreme tests such as puncture and compression, ensuring a "non-flammable and non-explosive" safety performance. The 314Ah semi-solid-state battery is the world's first 1kWh-class single-cell battery to achieve no smoke emission during a 5mm puncture test. Guangdong Highstar has established two automated production lines with an annual capacity of 6GWh. With the launch of the 314Ah large-capacity semi-solid-state battery, Highstar's semi-solid-state batteries, with their high safety, long cycle life, and cost advantages, can meet diverse application scenarios and are widely suitable for new energy storage and the low-altitude economy, among other fields.

The fair brought together buyers from different countries and partners speaking different languages, all seeking new opportunities, products, and collaborations. During the fair, the booth received over a thousand international visitors. Customers showed high recognition of Highstar's innovative product technologies.
